Step 1 step 1

PF30 frames should have a inner diameter of 46mm
The can be 68mm, 73mm or 83mm wide
Start be measuring your BB shell, write this down as we will need it later
step 2
Grease the bearing seats and center threads of the BB
Thread the BB together making are that the drive side of the BB is properly positioned in the frame
step 3
Using an e*thirteen BB tool, a 10mm hex bit and a torque wrench, tighten the BB to Xnm
